Registration fee

It is a requirement for participation in the Congress to be a member of the same (either in ‘only AEEE national’ or ‘AEEE + IAEE’ modality). This will be verified at the time of registration and if you are not a member, you will be registered for ‘national AEEE only’ and for the current year (2026).

Registration until 6 May 2026:

1. INDIVIDUAL (NOT YOUNG):

  • AEEE (national modality only): 240 €.
  • AEEE+IAEE (access to resources of IAEE): 300 €.

2. YOUNG (students of any age, and young professionals age 35 years or less on or before 31 December 2026):

  • AEEE (national modality only): 65 €.
  • AEEE+IAEE (access to resources of IAEE): 100 €.

3. SPECIAL DISCOUNTS:

  • Institutional:0 € (1 enrolment).
  • Institucional Patrono: 0 € (2 enrolments).

Registration after May 10, 2024:

  • AEEE (national modality only): 350 €.
  • AEEE+IAEE (access to resources of IAEE): 400 €.

Other:

  • Club Español de la Energía members: 290 €.

Note: Members who have already paid the annual membership fee should deduct the membership fee from this amount.

    If the attendee is not a member, they will be automatically registered for the year 2025, by default in the national-only modality unless otherwise indicated here:

    For non-recurring members, payment will be made by bank transfer. You will receive an invoice by email with the amount and the Association's destination account, where you will need to deposit your registration fee. Once received, you will get a confirmation from the Association's management office.

    For recurring members, payment will be made by direct debit. For this reason, it is necessary to fill in the bank details requested below. You will receive an invoice by email with the amount of your registration fee, which will be debited from your bank account in the following days.

    Selection of works for "Papeles de Energía" (FUNCAS)

    Selected Works will receive €300 gross. Authors must be willing to make minor editorial revisions as requested by the journal editor, and the work would have to be translated to Spanish. More information on the Call For Papers section.
